Panama Undergraduate Program
The Panama Undergraduate Program (PUG) is a non-degree curriculum offering Panamanian students the opportunity to complete up to 56 credits of coursework, fulfilling the General Education requirements at the University of Louisville, as well as several elective courses. Those students can then transfer to the Belknap Campus and attend as in-state students.
PUG courses are taught at the Quality Leadership University (QLU) campus in Panama City by regular University of Louisville (UofL) faculty and QLU faculty credentialed to teach as UofL instructors. All courses are offered in English.
A Panamanian student majoring in Communication can earn a degree without ever leaving Panama City, as the Department of Communication offers an entire curriculum taught in Panama by Department of Communication faculty.
